Do you practice yoga? What's your favorite pose?

When I was younger, I was really concerned about just building muscle. But now that I’m older, I’m more concerned with flexibility and stretching. Although I have never done Yoga, I would love to give it a try!
ReplyDeleteYou should! Wii fit was an awesome intro for us.
ReplyDeleteI've never practiced yoga. In my younger days, I never really saw any value in it. However, as I got older, I started meeting people who were serious about it, and this changed my entire prospective on it. I should really start doing it.
ReplyDeleteI practice yoga daily. Padmasana is my favorite. Another one I start with is Suryanamaskaram.
ReplyDeleteI'm so bad about sticking to an exercise regimen but I have tried heated yoga and actually enjoyed it! I also tried prenatal yoga when I was pregnant and even mommy and baby yoga when my son was 7 months old!
ReplyDeletemy wife and I attended yoga classes a couple of years back. I'm not sure of the style but it must have been one of the easier versions as I could get thru it. I always felt great after the classes.
ReplyDeletealmost everyday I do about 10-15 minutes of what I remember from those lessons. The interesting thing is if I miss a day or two my body begins to 'ask' for it.
love this! i would gladly pay for yoga- making it charitable only drives that more. :)
ReplyDeleteI was really regular with yoga there for a while but I have been slacking lately and I swear I can feel it. I need to take time for a good stretch. Thanks for the reminder about how important it is.
